Kid’s Holiday Market 2016!!

Date: Saturday, December 3th 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
 Location: Indian Hill Primary School

Every year families from the Primary and Elementary Schools come together for this special event where children share in the excitement of holiday gift giving, instead of just receiving. We need volunteers to help with set-up, cashier, gift wrapping and tear down (Parent Volunteers). Older siblings can participate as “elves” to help the younger children shop (Holiday Market Elves – Middle & High School Students). Please consider signing up for a two hour shift. This is a great way to get involved in a fun-filled community event.

The Shopping Experience

While your kids shop, you can relax and enjoy refreshments with friends old and new while enjoying a slide show of your kids throughout the school year.  Younger children will each be assigned an “elf” (high or middle school volunteer) to help them with the shopping process.  Children in grades 3, 4, and 5 will be encouraged to shop independently.  Of course, elves will be available to assist as needed.

A Time to Think of Others

We will be asking shoppers to consider bringing a donation of a non-perishable food item to help replenish a local food pantry.

How You Can Help

It is a fun and exciting event for our children but requires the support of many volunteers to make it a success!   We need volunteers to help with set-up, cashier, gift wrapping and tear down.  Click here to help with Holiday Market event.

“Elves” help assist our younger students during the shopping process and the older students will get credit for volunteer hours.   Older siblings can participate as “elves” to help the younger children shop (Holiday Market Elves – Middle & High School Students).

There is something in store for the whole family at the 2015 Kids’ Holiday market!
